We make it as easy and hassle-free as possible for customers.<\/p><h5><span style=\"display:block;\"><strong>Have you received my return?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"display:block;\">You should allow for up to 14 working days for orders to arrive back to us, but we process them the same day they arrive. If you navigate through the FAQs to the section marked Other, there is a tracking system which will allow you to monitor whether your order has arrived back with us. This is the same system we use, so if the data shows your order hasn't arrived with us yet, we won't be able to provide more information.<\/span><\/p><h5><span style=\"display:block;\"><strong>When will I receive my refund\/exchange?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"display:block;\">We process returns\/exchanges the same day they arrive back with us. Refunds are usually automatic but can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.<\/span><\/p><h5><span style=\"display:block;\"><strong>How do I return a gift item?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>If you have received an item as a gift and wish to return it, no problem at all. We recommend contacting the original purchaser as you'll need to know the order number, email address and postcode linked to the items. To get your returns information you\u2019ll need to head to the FAQ Contact page and input the order information in the My Order section. There\u2019s a question marked \u2018How do I return my order?\u2019. Fill in the drop down menus for all of the items you want to send back to us, click submit and you'll be able to retrieve a unique returns address and bar code for the items you want to send back to us. If you don't have a printer, simply write out the information by hand and you'll still be able to send items back to us. Make sure to include the number for the returns bar code so our team can process your items when they arrive back to our factory. Package them up, pop them in the post and we'll process your return\/ exchange request as soon as they arrive back to our factory. If you're still stuck, use the contact form to get in touch with our support team and we can check this out for you.<\/p><h5><span style=\"display:block;\"><strong>What is your returns policy?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>If your order meets our returns policies, you may cancel or return your products at any time up until the later of 14 days after you receive the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you. If you're in the UK we provide a Freepost returns address. If you navigate through the FAQs to the section marked Other, there is a tracking system which will allow you to monitor whether your order has arrived back with us. This is the same system we use, so if the data shows your order hasn't arrived with us yet, we won't be able to provide more information.<\/span><\/p><h5><span style=\"display:block;\"><strong>When will I receive my refund\/exchange?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"display:block;\">We process returns\/exchanges the same day they arrive back with us. Refunds are usually automatic but can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.<\/span><\/p><h5><span style=\"display:block;\"><strong>How do I return a gift item?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>If you have received an item as a gift and wish to return it, no problem at all. We recommend contacting the original purchaser as you'll need to know the order number, email address and postcode linked to the items. To get your returns information you\u2019ll need to head to the FAQ Contact page and input the order information in the My Order section. There\u2019s a question marked \u2018How do I return my order?\u2019. Fill in the drop down menus for all of the items you want to send back to us, click submit and you'll be able to retrieve a unique returns address and bar code for the items you want to send back to us. If you don't have a printer, simply write out the information by hand and you'll still be able to send items back to us. Make sure to include the number for the returns bar code so our team can process your items when they arrive back to our factory. Package them up, pop them in the post and we'll process your return\/ exchange request as soon as they arrive back to our factory. If you're still stuck, use the contact form to get in touch with our support team and we can check this out for you.<\/p><h5><span style=\"display:block;\"><strong>What is your returns policy?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>If your order meets our returns policies, you may cancel or return your products at any time up until the later of 14 days after you receive the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you. If you're in the UK we provide a Freepost returns address.
